Nicoletti-Flater Associates offers a wide variety of training workshops and seminars on a regular basis. One such training is stress management. N-FA’s stress management training is designed to provide individuals with an understanding of the concepts of stress and trauma and its’ sources, including the emotional/psychological and physical responses to stress and how they may interfere with an individual’s performance. The participants in the training also learn to identify stress management techniques and are provided with an understanding of how stress reduction and communication techniques can enhance family and work relationships.
